After 6 months away from posting I feel better to start all over. it has been a rough year, business wise, and I will be glad when it is over. Perhaps there will be cheers in 2011.

Web site nakedbuyer.com will be updated shortly and give it a go once again. More time, less stores listed and better management of specials. Too many stores at first and it became a huge snow ball of e-mails, updates etc etc.

Oil Spill, 98 in the shade, where is my trip

This oil spill is depressing. I have felt really bad since the beginning and it is proving to be a nightmare. Spent a night awake thinking of Florida's coral reefs. That sucks!!
A simple question to these oil companies; Does the technology exist to stem the flow on any well blowout at 5000'? Ask Chevron, Exxon or whatever and it is a resounding NO. They are all able to drill at 9000' but no working plan in case of a spill at 3 or 4000' or beyond. Sick .


What is it with the weather in Miami? Normal temps for this time is 91 for God's sake. June is running 97, 98 but it feels like 105.

Keep planning those trips, but nothing is happening. Need to get out and go on a driving trip. Nice to do CA,NV and AZ.Got to take all the papers for the Arizona Republic.

Business, home and summer

The site is running and getting more and more visits. All I have to do is turn those visits into cash. Seems simple enough...in reality, we are talking about climbing Mount Everest. Never give up.

Son is at home from college for the summer. Not going to summer school either. It is going to be a long one. We have no trip planned to anywhere. It is about time to quiet it down a little bit. Oh, and save some cash, lol.

I think the oil spill could eventually drive me crazy, just thinking about it. We live in Florida and if anxiety kills, the Floridians would be extinct by now. Wait and see is not a plan. I have taken many day trips to the keys every now and then and this whole thing is just making everyone sick about what might happen down there.
